RETURN POLICY (VINTAGE)
When purchasing any of our VINTAGE items please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final for vintage.
48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY
While all sales are considered final (pertaining mostly to vintage), we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
RETURN SHIPPING
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Jadite Junkies does not accept cancelled orders. However, in the event that an order cancellation is requested and honored prior to shipping or an order is canceled due to a request that can’t be met (special handling or delivery instructions, etc.,) 5% processing fee will be charged without exception.
RESTOCK FEE
All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
BACK ORDERS (2020.03.12)
All back ordered items are clearly marked as such at the time of order. In the event that your purchase contains a back ordered item your order will be shipped complete, unless you clearly indicate that you would like partial shipments and agree to the additional shipping charges.
TRUNK SALES (2020.03.12)
- Your must let us know of your requested order by the published order deadline date by filling out the form on JaditeJunkies.com
- Once the car is full, it’s full.
- If the item isn’t in stock when we arrive at wholesaler, your purchase will be refunded.
- You will be sent two PayPal invoices.
- The first one you will receive shortly after submitting your request at JaditeJunkies.com for the cost of your purchase. Payment must be made within 24 hours.
- The second one you will receive after our trip, which will be for the actual shipping costs that we are charged by the USPS prior to shipment of your order.
- We will not honor any refund requests once you commit to your purchase, unless it’s for something out of stock.
- In the event that you do not make payment, your name will be published to the Facebook group Jadite Junkies for non-payment and you will be banned from the group until payment has been made.
